We love getting to know our couples while planning their special days at The City Club, and Richard and Martin were particularly wonderful to get to know and have an equally wonderful love story to tell.
They got married in 2000 and decided to celebrate again 14 years later with another ceremony and reception, at The City Club! During a touching ceremony, they re-read their original vows to each other while friends and family witnessed (and wiped tears, including City Club staff!) and then celebrated in grand style!
Richard and Martin are San Francisco business owners – Martin Richards Design and Union Yoga – so of course, the details of their special day were stunning, and beautifully captured by photographer, Suzanne Sizer. They did most of the floral arranging themselves, along with their friend and florist, JoAnn Andriese.
